We then use an appointment center, with a toll-free number, to schedule all the showings. The appointment center is open seven days a week, up to 12 hours a day, which assures a quick response when a buyer wishes to view your property.

4. We also send out a Feedback Sheet to the showing agent as soon as the appointment is scheduled. No more guessing about what the buyer thought about your home and if theyre interested or not. We can even have the Feedback Sheet sent directly to your email address so you can review the comments once the showing is over.

5. We get your property onto the #1 website buyers visit when they search for property, www.Realtor.com. We also utilize a special program through Realtor.com to draw even more attention to your listing. It's called a Showcase listing and it stands out from the competition with a gold border and a unique headline tailored specifically to your property. We can also add up to 25 additional photos at no extra charge. The remarks are customized so we can detail the special features of your property and draw the buyers attention to your listing. Research has shown that the more interest generated and the longer a buyer looks at a property online, the more likely they are to call for more information and schedule a showing.

6. We get your property on to the #2 website where buyers search, www.Homes.com. Not all companies or agents can accomplish this but we can. We have a company website that feeds into this portal and we can add photos, or even an optional virtual tour if you decide to purchase one, and so much more.

7. Last but not least, we advertise your property in the Lincoln County Showcase and the Real Estate Exchange Magazine of Lincoln County and Madison County. Both publications go outside of our local area and they are just one more way we can expose your property to the largest pool of buyers in the market.
